Unless prior arrangements have been made with our office, payment is expected at the time of service for treatments and services rendered in our practice.
We gladly accept certified and personal cheques. Please note there is a NSF charge on cheques that do not proceed through.
Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We ask that you call our office to verify that your insurance is accepted and to receive answers to all of your questions and concerns.
We’ll also file your insurance claims for you, although we do require same-day payment for services rendered.
At our dental office, we are also pleased to assist you in better understanding and managing your insurance coverage. However, due to privacy regulations and limitations, it is the patient’s responsibility to provide our office with up-to-date insurance coverage breakdowns.
